Sport #1 - good progress

Because i have only a little bit pain with my angle, i go to swim today.

After 16 days without sport i enjoed it very much :)

My sport day:
- 15 min. swimming
- 30 min. weight training

Alimenation:
6 am: granola
11 am: bun witch cream cheese
3 pm: fried noodles
10 pm: i don't know :P

The begin

I've started my german blog about this challenge on September the 4th 2008, and now i will make it in english, too.
The main intention to do this in english is to learn it better, therefore i hope you forgive me my bad english^^

It gives only 5 Kategories in my blog. For example you will only read my Poker-entrys you can do it.
Once in a week i make a update for people, who have not enough time to read all the entrys but are interested in my challenge.

These are the kategories:
- Sport
- Study (academic studies)
- Poker
- Privat
- Weekly Update

Obout me:
I'm male, 20 years old, i'd like to play soccer and poker. At the weekend i like it to make party. I'm study Buisnes IT at the University of applied sciences regensburg.

Let me explain my objectives:

Academic Studies:

I'm on the 3th semester in Buisnes IT, i like it, but i have much proplems with english, i've failed the english test 2 times, if i failed the next test, i must end this study.
You can see, at this Kategorie the main object is to learn better english and pass the test. ;)

But the other academics are importent, too.

This are my checklist for this kategorie:

[ ] Visit 80% from my lectures
[ ] Make a english language holiday at Malta
[ ] Pass the english test
[ ] learn Java


Poker
I don't like to make me objectives with $, because everybody knows the varianz and it can be hard.
But i will every day learn a bit more to achieve the midstakes.

At the moment you can see i'm a fucking break even player and i will change it! :D


This are my objectives for Poker:

[ ] Play more than 10k hands at month
[ ] Read the 2+2 anthology
[ ] Read HoH 1+2
[ ] To achieve the midstakes


Sport:

Bevore i started the challenge i was not unathletic. I have made one or two times per week sport. Now i will make 5 times per week sport and get a sixpack.

At the moment i'm harried because i have knee pains from soccer but the doctor says next week it get better. I hope so^^

These are my abdominals today. It looks better than one month ago :D




These are my objectives at the kategorie sport:

[ ] 5x/week spor
[ ] get a "sixpack"
[ ] run 10km
[ ] run 10km under 45min


Privat:
At this kategorie i have no objectives because there are not calculable.
But i need it to wrote a little bit about my private life ;) i hope it's interesst i do my best :D
