Because i have only a little bit pain with my angle, i go to swim today.
After 16 days without sport i enjoed it very much :)
My sport day:
- 15 min. swimming
- 30 min. weight training
Alimenation:
6 am: granola
11 am: bun witch cream cheese
3 pm: fried noodles
10 pm: i don't know :P
